Jenny, Charlotte and Rachel planning an ISM action to protect workers who are trying to repair a water pumping station in Rafah. The staion was destroyed by the Israeli defense force and settlers from a nearby settlement. An Israeli army bulldozer killed Rachel in March 2003 when she was trying to protect a house from being destroyed.

Ashraf Gneim works with the water situation for the municipality of Rafah. The Wall has a lot of implications on the water situation in the occupied territories. Many say that the primary target for the building the wall is to control the water supplies.
